The winding road ahead

I made some tough decisions
I tried my very best
I aimed for my dreams
I reached out for the stars
I showered my love on people
I squandered my trust on things
I learned so many lessons
I taught myself restraint
I decided to work much harder
I planned a lot of changes
I lost a lot of friends
I made so many more
I lived the year 2015
I lived it like never before

But now in 2016
I'll do it all again
But this time I'll do it right
I'll get stronger and wiser again.
