You seemed promising
But you broke promises.
You seemed true
But then you lied.
You said you had trust issues.
Was I to trust you?
When you don't trust yourself?
So I walked away.
I gave up on you.

I walked ahead
Quicker paces
Away from you
Today I switched off
Today I walked away
From you.
