The YOU in my head

Closing my eyes
Is the trigger
To the world of you
Closing my eyes
Triggers
Conversations new

I close my eyes
Let my eyelashes
Settle on my lower lid
And smile at the dreams
Of a path to a world
That includes you.

Coz closing my eyes
Is the trigger
To the world of you
Closing my eyes
Triggers
Conversations new

I close my eyes
And feel your breath
On my eyelids
And smile at the warmth
That pulls me
Closer to you

Closing my eyes
Is the trigger
To the world of you
Closing my eyes
Triggers
Conversations new

But when I open my eyes
One night or two
I open them wide
And I see you.
